A: The international language of instruction in Aviation is English, so it is at Airways Aviation. Therefore, you will not need any other language to pursue your ground school courses and complete your flight training.

A: EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) approval ensures that our training programs meet the highest standards of safety and quality set by European regulations. Q: How long does it take to complete an EASA pilot training?
A: The duration of pilot training varies depending on the course. On average, it takes 24-30 months to complete a modular route, depending on the student's pace and availability.

Q: What are the entry requirements for your courses?

A: For most courses, the basic requirements include being at least 18 years old, having a high school diploma or equivalent, and passing a Class 1 Medical examination. Additional requirements such as proficiency in English apply.

Q: Do I need any prior flying experience to enroll?
A: No prior flying experience is necessary to enroll in our courses. Our programs are designed to take students from zero experience to fully qualified pilots.

A: Our academy boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including modern classrooms, advanced flight simulators, a dedicated maintenance hangar, and a diverse fleet of training aircraft.

Q: What kind of aircraft will I be training on?
A: We use a range of aircraft for training purposes, including single-engine and multi-engine planes. Our fleet includes the Cessna, Tecnam, among others, to provide comprehensive training experiences.

A: Lebanon offers excellent weather conditions for flight training, with predominantly clear skies and minimal disruptions due to adverse weather. This allows for more consistent training schedules and efficient progress.

Q: Can I complete all my EASA training in Lebanon?
A: According to European regulations, your ATPL exams and your CPL phase (last 6 months of training) should be completed in a European territory. Therefore, you will start your training in Lebanon and complete it in one of our bases in Europe, mainly Cyprus or France. 

Q: Can I become a pilot if I wear glasses?
A: Yes, you can become a pilot if you wear glasses. As long as your vision can be corrected to meet the required standards set by aviation authorities like the EASA, wearing glasses or contact lenses won't prevent you from pursuing a pilot career. 

Q: Am I ready to apply for airlines once I receive my EASA f-ATPL?
A: The short answer is YES. The long one would be: Once you obtain your EASA Frozen ATPL (f-ATPL), you'll be on your way to applying for airline positions. You'll need to get a type rating for specific aircraft (mostly provided by Airlines), have the required flight hours and experience (according to Airline criteria), maintain a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate, and meet English language proficiency requirements. Additionally, be ready for airline-specific interviews, assessments, and simulator checks. Ensure all your legal documents, like visas or work permits, are in order if you're applying internationally. Developing strong soft skills like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving will also boost your readiness.
